Stage 01

In-Process Monitoring

Holding tolerances to microns. Continuous monitoring during the machining process ensures that every component meets strict dimensional requirements.

Finished Product QC
Stage 02

Comprehensive Checks

Dimensional and visual inspection of finished goods is performed per ISO regulations, using a 50% sampling rate. Utilizing advanced CMM and optical comparators to verify complex geometries.

Mechanical Testing
Stage 03

Rigorous Verification

To ensure structural integrity, we simulate in‑vivo stresses and carry out fatigue testing at no less than twice the clinical criteria, complemented by torsion and tensile strength validation.

Pre-shipment QC
Stage 04

Final Audit

The last line of defense. A meticulous final audit of dimensions, functionality, and appearance through strict screening before any product leaves our facility.
