Comprehensive Checks

Dimensional and visual inspection of finished goods is performed per ISO regulations, using a 50% sampling rate. Utilizing advanced CMM and optical comparators to verify complex geometries.

Imported Precision: Equipped with high end imported testing instruments.
Microscopic Accuracy: Utilizing CMM, Surface Roughness Tester, and 3D Topography.

Rigorous Verification

To ensure structural integrity, we simulate in vivo stresses and carry out fatigue testing at no less than twice the clinical criteria, complemented by torsion and tensile strength validation.
