A high-speed surgical power tool system developed for selected bone grinding, drilling and cutting procedures in spine surgery, neurosurgery and microsurgical applications. The system combines a digital controller, straight and angled handpieces, foot-pedal operation and multiple burr options.
The Micro Electric Spine Drill is designed to provide controlled high-speed operation for selected bone grinding, drilling and cutting tasks. Its compact handpieces and interchangeable burrs support access in narrow or deep anatomical working areas.
The digital host controller provides adjustable rotational speed, while the foot pedal allows activation without requiring the operator to release the handpiece. Straight and angled handpiece options support different working orientations.
Final handpiece, burr and operating-speed selection should follow the approved instructions, procedure requirements and surgeon preference.
The system uses a modular configuration that combines the controller, handpieces, control pedal, burrs and sterilization accessories.
The host provides a digital operating display, adjustable speed control and forward or reverse rotation selection.
The straight handpiece supports direct access and controlled positioning during selected drilling or grinding procedures.
The angled handpiece provides an alternative working orientation for selected narrow or difficult-to-reach anatomical areas.
The foot pedal supports hands-free activation and operating control while the surgeon maintains the selected handpiece position.
Different cutting-type and emery or diamond-coated burrs are available for selected bone removal and surface-finishing requirements.
A dedicated case organizes compatible handpieces, cables and accessories for transportation, storage and validated sterilization processing.
The system combines adjustable high-speed operation with multiple handpiece and burr configurations.
The motor supports operation up to 40,000 rpm with adjustable speed control.
Forward and reverse modes provide alternative rotational directions according to the selected burr and operating technique.
The compact handpiece configuration is designed to support stable handling in selected microsurgical working areas.
Specified handpieces and cables are designed for processing at temperatures up to 135°C according to the applicable instructions.
The system can be configured with multiple burr geometries for selected bone cutting, grinding and finishing requirements.
