Surgical Technique Workflow for Spinal Decompression

Disc Management

Thorough removal of the disc material and precise preparation of the endplates to create an optimal environment for bony fusion and implant placement.

Sizing & Trial

Using trials to determine the appropriate implant height and footprint, ensuring optimal fit and restoration of disc space.

Implant Loading

Pre-loading the expandable cage onto the inserter in its collapsed, low-profile state, facilitating smooth insertion through a narrow working channel.

Graft Packing

Packing sufficient bone graft material into and around the cage to promote long-term biological fusion.

Implantation & Expansion

Inserting the cage into the prepared disc space. Once positioned, rotate the actuator clockwise to progressively expand the cage, restoring disc height and lordosis.

⚠ Attention: Maximum Expansion is 3mm. Do Not Over-Expand the implant.
