The XC Medico Locking Plate for Distal Humerus is designed for selected distal lateral humeral fracture fixation procedures. Its anatomical contour follows the lateral distal humerus profile, while the smooth plate edges are intended to limit unnecessary soft-tissue prominence.
The combination-hole structure integrates DCU compression slots and threaded locking holes, allowing cortical compression, fixed-angle locking, or a hybrid construct according to fracture configuration and surgical planning.

Pre-contoured geometry supports close adaptation to the distal lateral humerus and may reduce the need for extensive intraoperative bending.
